Barbara joined AimSourcing in 2005. Barbara wears several hats at AimSourcing, including serving as the HR and accounts receivable manager for a key client and providing banking interface for many companies. Barbara says what she likes most about working for AimSourcing is “the variety of clients and job functions, and coming to work with a group of very caring and wonderful co-workers.” When she is not working, Barbara enjoys going to her granddaughters’ soccer games and going with friends to plays in the theaters of neighboring communities.

Beth joined AimSourcing in 2005. Beth supports a wide variety of clients with accounting and financial reporting functions. Her specialty is small business accounting for start-ups and other service entities. Beth says what she enjoys most about working for AimSourcing is “the people I work with. There is a wealth of knowledge from my fellow employees that I can draw upon. We all have different backgrounds and different strengths.” When not working Beth likes to play with her five dogs, play tennis, and enjoy the great music scene Austin has to offer.

Senior Payroll Manager and Systems Consultant
Christi has been with AimSourcing since 2003. Christi oversees all the payroll operations of AimSourcing’s clients. She is also the lead systems consultant, implementing software applications that integrate with QuickBooks. Christi takes pride in “the great people we support and knowing that we are assisting our clients in their business endeavors.” Outside of work, Christi enjoys spending time with family and “heading to the local dog parks.”

Doug joined AimSourcing in 2009. Doug supports a diverse set of companies, in industries that include manufacturing, software development, legal firms, and other service areas. He is also responsible for federal, state, and local tax compliance for many AimSourcing clients. Doug appreciates “working with a team of complementary professionals to provide a variety of business services to a very diverse client base and within many different industries.” When not working Doug enjoys reading, exercising, fishing, graphic arts, solving crossword & Sudoku puzzles, working in the yard, trips to the beach, and cooking.
Senior Accounting Manager and Government Accounting Consultant
James has been with AimSourcing since 2006. James focuses on companies that have a project accounting requirement, serving as the accounting manager for many of AimSourcing’s government contractor clients. He is also the lead consultant for DCAA compliance and QuickBooks configuration engagements. James enjoys “the opportunity to support a wide variety of businesses and to be able to help with system and process improvements that provide lasting value.” When not working James likes to write music, record, and perform with Canyon Run. Janet is the most recent addition to the AimSourcing team, joining the company in 2016. Janet is responsible for a variety of accounting and payroll functions for numerous clients. She specializes in timekeeping and accounting for federal government contractors. Janet says “I like working for AimSourcing because of the variety of work and clients along with the friendly atmosphere and a fun bunch of co-workers”. When not working Janet enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, going to the gym, watching hockey “Pittsburgh Penguins” and cheering for the Aggies!

Lance joined AimSourcing in 2011. Lance is the most important person at AimSourcing because he keeps the computers running! He is also the client contact for all computer support issues and implements and maintains applications software for AimSourcing and its clients. Lance says “the things I like best about working for AimSourcing are the friendly, relaxed work environment and the sense of achievement when resolving an issue for a client or co-worker.” When not working, Lance teaches various motorcycle safety courses, from beginners learning to ride to advanced techniques. He also likes to sleep on occasion…

Senior Accounting Manager/Consultant
Lee first became an AimSourcing employee in 2003. He left but couldn’t stay away, returning in 2012! Lee manages the accounting operation for several early stage bio-tech companies and supports AimSourcing’s international clients with financial review and reporting. What Lee most likes about AimSourcing is “the variety of our clients, and the fact that our work is different each day. We have a well-balanced team that helps get the job done, and make the work fun, as well.” When not at work Lee enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and trail building in the central Texas area.

Lynnette has been with AimSourcing since 2012. Lynnette is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions for several key clients and specializes in federal government contract accounting. Lynnette says: “When you work at a job you really love, it’s not actually work, is it? I love being able to support the varying customers’ needs and doing so with a team that actively shares a wealth of knowledge with each other.” When not working Lynnette enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering as a Literacy Partner, going to Port Aransas to fish and relax, and Texas Stars Hockey!

Maria has been with AimSourcing since 2006. Maria handles the accounting for AimSourcing’s international clients and serves as the bilingual interface to those companies. Maria also provides accounting services for a large non-profit. Maria appreciates “AimSourcing’s flexible working schedule, especially since I have little ones, and my coworkers who are such caring and knowledgeable people.” When not working, Maria enjoys spending quality time with her family— watching movies together, helping with homework and class projects, and making crafts.

Paul has been with AimSourcing since 2012. Paul specializes in payroll and timekeeping, supporting a wide range of clients. Paul also serves in a marketing role–he led the AimSourcing website project and created all the artwork and photography. What Paul enjoys most about AimSourcing is “the flexible and progressive environment. It allows me the freedom to approach challenges in ways that promote personal growth and better understanding of accounting and payroll management.” In Paul’s spare time he enjoys expanding his knowledge of photography and digital arts.

Rosie is one of AimSourcing’s original employees, joining the company in 2001. Rosie is known for her strong commitment to her clients, providing the highest level of customer support. Her specialty is project accounting, project reporting, and customer billing. Rosie says the best thing about working for AimSourcing is the work atmosphere. “All employees are very professional about their job and work ethics. This is a family; we care and enjoy each other.” When not at work Rosie enjoys working outside in her yard, being with family and friends, and being active in her church.

Sarah founded AimSourcing in 2000. Sarah’s role is to develop long-term relationships with clients by ensuring a quality service that supports their business growth. Her management philosophy is to create a culture where AimSourcing and its staff can become the best version of themselves. What Sarah likes most about AimSourcing is “the atmosphere of teamwork that makes it fun to come to work.” When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family (especially her twin grandbabies!), playing tennis, and reading.

Shelly is one of AimSourcing’s returning employees. She first worked for the company from 2003- 2007, and then rejoined the team in 2011. Shelly is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions for a wide-range of clients. Shelly says her favorite thing about AimSourcing is “the people that I work with. We are more like a family than we are co-workers.” When not at AimSourcing, Shelly likes to work in her yard and cheer for her nephew when he is playing basketball.

Tami joined AimSourcing in 2010. Besides being the “nicest person you will ever know!”, Tami is an expert in payroll and job cost timekeeping, serving as the payroll administrator for many of AimSourcing’s clients. What she likes best about working for AimSourcing is “the friendly and fun coworkers that I work with, the support and appreciation that I feel as an employee, and importance on family.” When Tami is not working, she likes to spend time with her husband and son either just hanging out at the house together or going out and doing some fun, outdoor activities!
